Self-Climbing ATR, profitability and adaptation to complex geometries

 

 

The two towers, designed by the well known architect Toyo Ito, are approximately 120 m high. Each has its own function: one is a hotel and the other is a 40,000 m2 office building.

WÜRZBURG, Germany

 

 

In October of 2004, this was the Bavaria’s highest construction. In total more than 143,000 m2 of formwork was laid. Another point to highlight was the use of 7 rotating tower cranes to put up more than 5,000 tons of steel and pour more than 42,000 m3 of concrete.

Nuevo Torneo Business Park – Fourth Phase

SEVILLE, Spain

 

 

This is one of the construction projects that will result in the next Nuevo Torneo business park, which is will likely become the new heart of business in Sevilla. The 4th phase comprises four towers that are some 43 m high, with a surface area of 490 m² per floor, situated over two underground floors of 14,272 m².

Nevada Retail Park

GRANADA, Spain

 

 

The building has two stories constructed in concrete and a third story made of metal structure. The first floor is concrete joist slab of 82x82 temporary block, 14 rib and a thickness of 40+7 with a free height of 4m and a surface area of 120,000 m2, while the top floor is a voided slab with lights up to 16 m, 58+7 wide, and free heights: 5.78 m and 7.93 m and a total surface area of 85,000 m2.
